Dominic is often sought to speak on risk management and provides training to regulators, universities, financial institutions and professional bodies. He is the founding member of the Asia Financial Risk Think Tank and chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR).

Her areas of expertise include Strategy Development and Execution, Transformation, Regulatory Change, Risk Management and Governance as a strong business partner with all business infrastructure areas.
Fatema is a Rank holder Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed Level 3 CFA from CFA Institute Charlottesville.

David Quah

David has been involved in ETF product development and marketing since the launch the first ETF in Hong Kong in 1999. Prior to joining FUTEC Financial Group, worked at Mirae Asset Global Investments. David also worked at The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing ("HKEX") for about 18 years where he played a role in the development of ETFs, Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") and Callable Bull Bear Contracts ("CBBC") as new products on the Hong Kong stock market and he had worked in various departments, including Cash Trading, Listing, Issuer & Client Services, Information Services and at Research & Planning. He has also worked as a manager at the Supervision of Markets Division of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") and at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The World Bank. David is licensed with the HKSFC for Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities.
David is a regular speaker in many retail and institutional investor seminars and conferences in Hong Kong and overseas.

You Leong Tan is currently Chief Risk Officer for Greater China, at OCBC Bank, a Singapore-based financial institution group with regional presence primarily in Singapore, Malaysia, Greater China and Indonesia. He is responsible for the oversight of OCBC's risk management in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Risk areas covered include credit risk management (wholesale and retail), market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and information security.

You Leong has more than 20 years of banking experience, covering diverse functions including market risk, operational risk, business management, strategic management, treasury, asset-liability management and regional CRO. Being a citizen of the world, Gloria is a bridge builder in her personal and professional life, bringing curiosity, integrity, and intelligence to her numerous ventures.

Before moving to Australia with NAB, she held various advisory and management positions with Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s Compliance Committee, NAB Asia, JP Morgan Chase, Santander and China Merchants Bank. Gloria obtained her law degree from the University of Hong Kong and is a certified professional practitioner and fellow member of the International Compliance Association.

Gloria is privileged to serve in NAB’s Cultural Inclusion Committee which drives strategic initiatives to harness the power of cultural inclusion in leadership roles. Also serving as a member of the Women in Banking and Finance Vic Leadership Committee, Gloria targets to grow the talent pipeline of professional women and develops initiatives to amplify the voice of women of all backgrounds.

Patrick is the former Chief Information Security Officer of Tencent’s Digital Bank in HK - Fusion Bank. He leads the team with the mission to build a secure and 100% digital bank with financial inclusion in DNA. He oversees and governs the implementation of the bank-wide information risk roadmap with a particular focus on IT regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Fusion Bank, Patrick was Deputy CISO for DBS Bank HK to look after cyber security management, incident response, data security and dealing with regulatory assessment. Patrick has held various key positions in IT security, technology risk management and audit across Asia and Europe. 

He has over 20 years of IT and Security experience including security operation, risk and control and IT audit within top tier financial institutions. As an experienced security practitioner, Patrick has been responsible for performing and managing a wide range of security consulting, risk and threat assessment, security training, cyber crisis management planning program. His contribution to the industry was well recognized. He earned multiple awards:

David Ng

David joined CSOP Asset Management Limited as COO in 2017 and oversees Trading, Client Solutions, Risk Management, Operations, Technology and ETF Operations for the firm. He is responsible for designing and driving the infrastructure strategy of CSOP to support its business growth and development and is also currently leading the digital transformation initiative for CSOP.

Prior to joining CSOP as COO, David was the Head of Business Controls and Management for South East Asia at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, responsible for the governance and business management of the Global Banking and Markets Businesses in the region. David is also part of the local management committees of Merrill Lynch Singapore, Bank of America Singapore Branch and Bank of America Securities Limited

Previously, David had worked in a number of large financial institutions such as Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley in a variety of roles covering operations, middle office and finance. David started his career in Deloitte as an auditor in Australia.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and a Master of Applied Commerce(Accounting) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.

He is leading the regional team with the mission to enable business solutions while proactively protecting BNY Mellon from information risks in a balanced control environment. He oversees and govern the implementation of the bank wide information risk roadmap in the region with particular focus on IT regulatory compliance

He has over 30 years of IT experience in Financial Service Industry that spans across a diversified IT management disciplines including regional and location management, IT and security architecture, distributed computing engineering, technology infrastructure operation, outsourcing/in-sourcing management, IT risk management and technology audit.

Before joining BNY Mellon, Micky was the Head of IT Security APAC and Head of Technology Greater China for Deutsche Bank. Micky has held various management positions in IT management, IT Security/Risk management and Audit with JPMorgan and Citibank.

Micky serves as an industry advisor of the Bachelor of Management Science and Information Management Programme of Hang Seng University.

Khang Nie Lee is the Head of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) for Asia Pacific (APAC) at Credit Suisse.

She is a trained accountant and is a Fellow at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (FCA). Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Khang Nie was a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she ran a number of process improvement projects for clients in the financial services sector.
